Contract: Permanent, Full time.
Shifts: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30pm.

Purpose of role
The Data Analyst will contribute to the creation and maintenance of data products that support business critical reports for internal and external customers. The Data Analyst works collaboratively with the Data & Analytics team as well as other business SMEs to solve organizational problems through reporting data products, analysis, and data visualization. The Data Analyst will provide enterprise-wide expertise on best practice including analytical methods, statistics, data quality, and data visualization. The candidate will need to be a creative problem-solver, contribute to the entire life cycle of product development, and be able to maintain organized documentation. These reports will be used at the highest levels of the organization for making decisions that contribute to net revenue gains. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor, self-starter, and comfortable working in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in requirements gathering and feasibility analysis.
Design, develop, and maintain reporting products supporting internal decision-making.
Identify trends and growth opportunities through analysis of complex data sets.
Continuously maintain knowledge of analysis methods and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience
1-3 years’ experience gathering, combining, modeling, analyzing, and maintaining data in reporting products, ad hoc reports, complex queries, stored procedures, and data models in a cloud computing environment.
1+ years’ experience with Power BI or other data visualization platform
1+ years’ experience with relational databases and SQL
Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, a plus
Knowledge of Agile development principles
Knowledge of data governance concepts and best practices
MS Office suite proficient
