The West Virginia University Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization, has an exciting opportunity for an Advancement Data Analyst with our Advancement Data team. This position will process gifts, maintain donor records, and provide exceptional customer service to our constituents. The position will also assist with electronic bank deposits, record/account maintenance, stewardship reporting and related customer service.

This position represents an opportunity to join a high performing team responsible for receipting and stewarding over $150 million a year in private university support. The Advancement Data Analyst will maintain a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service to West Virginia University and its affiliates.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration (or related field) with experience in financial processing/records management, customer service and use customer relationship management systems. The candidate must also possess strong written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
