Primary Purpose:
The Data Analyst, Advanced Analytics supports the Advanced Analytics team and Shared Service Organization for reporting across USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. This individual partners with our own Data Scientists as well as other department partners across the business to build and maintain Tableau reports for self-service consumption and support the business for general data and reporting needs. We are looking for a strong critical thinker who becomes comfortable with solving abstract problems and constantly working towards solutions to fill our internal customers’ needs.
What you'll do:
- Support line of business processes by providing and crafting required data
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and analysis for business processes and partners
- Manage and support all advanced analytics platform such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager
- Extend the reach of advanced analytics data by helping apply in new and additional business processes
- Analyze advanced analytics model performance and utilization
- Performs other related duties as needed or requested
What you'll need:
- 1-3 years’ experience in an analytically focused field or subject area
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager strongly preferred
- Tableau or other data visualization tool experience preferred
- Evaluate large sets of data to generate insights
- Prior experience working with eCommerce data and completing web analytics is a plus
- Foundational programming knowledge of SQL/Redshift
- Proficient in using Excel and other Microsoft core products
- Demonstrates some programming capability with desire to expand abilities
