Your team
You’ll be working in the Reference Data Services team in UK, reporting to the Reference Data Advisory Lead. This global team continually challenges and enhances the way reference data is managed at UBS. We do this is by engaging closely with our clients, developing our people and harnessing new technology.
Our currently technology stack is highly fragmented with many systems that manage data. This leads to inconsistent data quality, duplication of efforts across teams, high costs, and impacts our ability to adapt to new data requirements.

Having all of the reference data in one place for the first time presents an exciting opportunity in surfacing and quantifying the impact of data challenges in a way that we have never been able to before.
