Job description
Permanent, 37 Hours Hybrid.
Two Rivers Housing are looking for a Data Analyst to develop, maintain and embed the corporate reporting and KPI framework for the organisation. Reporting to the Head of IT, as part of the Information Governance Team, your purpose will be to define and transform corporate data sets, writing Microsoft Power BI reports and KPI dashboards, and assist other teams with their reporting and dashboards.
The successful candidate will have ownership of the suit of corporate performance reports and KPIs, covering all major areas of the business such as Customers, Assets, Housing, Repairs and Finance. You will create dashboards for management and senior stakeholders, working with the governance team to ensure KPI’s are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
You will act as the organisations Power Bi specialist and reporting data-set expert, contributing to the transformation of making Two Rivers Housing a data driven organisation. Using your specialist knowledge, you will identify, and review data governance relating to the reporting framework and inspire teams in the accurate analysis and reporting of their service areas, helping them gain their own data insights.
The successful candidate will be a skilled data professional, who has experience in Data Analysis and reporting with Microsoft Power BI. We are looking for an individual with good organisation and planning skills, technical knowledge of data structures and relationships as well as skilled in reporting tools and effective presentation.
You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal with experience building relationships with stakeholders and other business partners and passing on your enthusiasm for the power of data. A Business or Data Analysis certification or qualification would be desirable, as would a certificate / Qualification in Microsoft Power BI.
