Your new job responsibilities

You will be working closely with the lead Solutions Architect, alongside a talented team of analysts and specialists. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Designing or installing new features
• Conducting internal and external platform training
• Responding to critical updates to front-end reporting as our data architecture evolves.
• Ad hoc reporting projects

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Data Analyst / Solutions Analyst role should have strong experience in an e-commerce or analytical environment, preferably in a reporting or data analysis role. A good understanding of reporting systems and the evolving landscape of data in the business intelligence field also. Excellent practical knowledge of Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Universal Analytics (UA) and GA4, is essential.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail are necessary for managing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports accurately, as are troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
