Data Analyst

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! At Sharp we’re currently seeking a Data Analyst to work remotely with the possibility to travel to some our offices in Wakefield, West Brom, High Wycombe and Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities
You will be working closely with our sales and marketing teams, playing a pivotal role in evolving our data and systems strategy, guiding us on our journey to become data-driven decision-makers and digital marketing innovators.
· Align Data with Business Objectives: Work with sales and marketing teams to align data-driven insights with business goals and provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.
- Consolidation & Reporting: Collect and integrate marketing data from various sources for a complete view of performance.
- Analysis & Insights: Analyze marketing data to uncover trends and insights and create reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and recommendations.
- ROI & Optimization: Optimize marketing spend and messaging based on data insights to maximize ROI.
- Database Strategies: Drive database strategies for customer growth, segmentation, and data quality.
- Tech Stack: Manage our marketing tech stack, recommending and implementing tools that align with evolving needs.
- Tools & Processes: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities and identify and introduce new solutions.
- Demand Generation: Enhance digital lead generation by streamlining data, CRM, and reporting systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar data-focused role in B2B organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems like HubSpot, Act-On, or SuperOffice.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive approach.
