Customer Service AdvisorCorby / Full Time & Permanent/ 4 on, 4 off shift pattern / £23,000.00 per annum, increasing to £24,500.00 within the first year.
Your responsibilities:
- Booking engineer service visits
- Identify and order spare parts and accessories
- Provide and assist with troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of an appliance
- Providing pre-purchase advise and replacement appliances
- Provide external support to global phone lines as required
Your profile
- You will work 4 days on and have 4 days off, on a rolling rotation. Working in the Call Centre for two weeks and from home for two weeks. Working times will be 08:00 till 18:00.
- A customer service background is required; with strong telephone communication skills
- Accuracy, flexibility and the ability to problem solve will be necessary in this role
- To be customer focused and ability to demonstrate empathy
- Self-motivated, thrive under pressure with strong computer literacy skills are also essential

Working hours
You will work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, Monday to Sunday averaging 162.5 hours each month working the following hours:
- 08:00 – 18:00 with a 1 hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks
- Weekend working
