Job description
Key Responsibilites:
- Reviewing data from multiple sources on fundraising habits.
- Produce regular reports on digital donations
- Produce regular reports on key supporter donations.
- Produce regular reports on other donations.
- Developing a strategy to increase revenue based on enhanced data and reporting practices.
- Optimise campaign targeting.
- Help identify key opportunities to maximise potential with fundraising.
- Develop data capturing mechanisms, and enhance the process of data collection.
- Analyse data on donations to produce reports and insights.
- Utilise the organisation’s CRM system to assist in data analysis.
- Set KPIs for the organisation based on historical data and targets.
Competencies:
- Excellent organisation and effective communication.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Experience in working with CRM systems such as Sales Force.
- Conflict resolution and critical thinking.
- Proactivity and self-motivation.
- Experience in using dashboarding applications for reporting is desirable.
- Ability to analyse and propose improvements in processes.
- Great listening and rapport building.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
