Job description

Key Responsibilites:

• Reviewing data from multiple sources on fundraising habits.
• Produce regular reports on digital donations
• Produce regular reports on key supporter donations.
• Produce regular reports on other donations.
• Developing a strategy to increase revenue based on enhanced data and reporting practices.
• Optimise campaign targeting.
• Help identify key opportunities to maximise potential with fundraising.
• Develop data capturing mechanisms, and enhance the process of data collection.
• Analyse data on donations to produce reports and insights.
• Utilise the organisation’s CRM system to assist in data analysis.
• Set KPIs for the organisation based on historical data and targets.

Competencies:

• Excellent organisation and effective communication.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Experience in working with CRM systems such as Sales Force.
• Conflict resolution and critical thinking.
• Proactivity and self-motivation.
• Experience in using dashboarding applications for reporting is desirable.
• Ability to analyse and propose improvements in processes.
• Great listening and rapport building.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
