We are now recruiting for a Data Analyst at our Head Officed based in Ipswich. This role will be working Monday – Friday.
Microsoft Office applications such as Excel or Word is often where we find most of our Data, but how useful is this to us? This is where our Data Analyst comes in.
We are looking for someone who has been using Microsoft applications such as Power BI and has realised the potential that this data management has on a business. We understand that having business information in easily reportable systems such as Power BI is important to us and are therefore keen to get the right person to join our business in this exciting sector.
We are also in the process of digitising our company forms and the successful candidate would be responsible for supporting this migration by liaising with external providers.
The main duties will include:
· Producing Power BI dashboards and reports using data from various sources including Microsoft Office applications
· Manipulating and linking different data sets as required
· Working with different parts of the business to collate data and create dashboards.
· Assisting departments in creating the best platform for data analysis.
· Assisting with data quality checking
· Producing a range of ad-hoc and standard data analysis reports
· Summarising and presenting the results of data analysis to a range of staff making recommendations.
· Supporting the digitisation process of our current company forms

The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365, Azure and SQL. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate would also be beneficial.
Project management experience would be advantageous.
