Job description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled data analyst to join our high-growth SaaS company in the airport sector. As a data analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data from various sources in the airport industry. This includes passenger traffic, flight schedules, airport operations, and passenger digital engagement.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in data analysis and statistical programming languages, such as Python, R or SQL. Knowledge of tools like Excel and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView, to present data insights in an effective manner is also required. Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, is highly desirable.
You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand complex data sets and identify patterns, trends and correlations. Have great communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
The candidate should also have the confidence to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, product development, engineering, and marketing, to support data-driven decision making. Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to effectively manage data analysis projects, is also desirable.
To be successful in this role you will require a continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies and trends in the airport and data analytics space.
