Location:

Corporate Headquarters, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey 07632 (about 1 mile from the George Washington Bridge with easy reverse commute from NYC).

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is planning, analyzing, and monitoring a company's supply chain distribution to ensure products make it to their destinations in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions:

· Collect and analyze data systems, procedural activities and information flows and assess the efficiency and costs of logistics processes.

· Responsible for data analysis across all Supply Chain functional areas: Logistics, Warehouse & Distribution, Import, etc.

· Utilize data to drive efficiencies and reduce costs through the supply chain.

· Work cross functionally with the Operations team, Accounting team, Sales team, and Purchasing team to analyze costs on existing accounts and future initiatives.

· Research operational costs, industry and regulatory issues and maintain a current and comprehensive database on which to draw for solutions development.

· Use statistical modeling skills to develop, and cost justify logistics solutions to meet agreed customer needs.

· Monitor KPIs to track performance against targets and recommend opportunities of improvement and corrective actions.

· Launch new technology tools within the Operations team to drive down costs, improve customer experience, and lessen manual functions.

Job Requirements (KSAOs):

· Ability to think creatively and identify areas of improvement to includes changing how the Company loads overseas containers, warehouse storage of goods, etc.

· High computer proficiency in MS office suite, especially MS Excel. Other computer knowledge a big plus, including Microsoft Navision ERP, Jet reports or Power BI

· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify, prioritize, and make independent decisions.

· Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment with both internal personnel as well as directly with customers.

· Willingness and ability to take on increased challenges and responsibilities.

· Excellent listening and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Specifications (Minimum requirements):

· Bachelor’s degree (Engineering and Supply Chain major a plus)

· 5-10 years of experience in a supply chain focused role

Salary: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year plus bonus eligible based on performance

Please note: This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (4 days home/1 day in the office). Currently, employees are required to work in the office on Wednesdays. Moving forward, a time may come where employees will be asked to work from the office more, but a hybrid office/remote work schedule is expected to remain.

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to commute and work on-site a minimum of one day per week.
