Your Impact:
As part of a world-class Data Analytics team supporting experience optimization, data driven storytelling and digital insights; you will how drive a better digital experience for our clients and customers and leverage data to drive positive outcomes.
- Primarily responsible for digital analytics and experimentation to optimize the customer experience and drive revenue and other key outcome
- Partner with strategy, product, creative and engineering teams within agile PODS to shape meaningful customer journeys and customer centric thinking
- Leverage Adobe Analytics to compile actionable insights
- Build digital measurement frameworks based on client/product goals and objectives
- Leverage data to build strategic experiment pipelines to fuel digital optimization
- Measure in-flight experiments and final outcomes including contributing to shared learning repositories and case studies
- Analyze customer journeys under an optimization-focused lens, interpret experimentation results to help clients evolve products
- Strong story-telling; presenting insights to clients and account teams with recommendations backed by robust analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design and engineering to shape meaningful customer journeys and customer centric thinking
Your Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in Digital/Data Analytics
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (this is a must)
You love data! Passion for digital analytics, working with data and deriving insights and can demonstrate the impact you’ve had
Ability to build relationships and work as part of a cross functional team to solve complex problems - both with internal teams & external clients
Experience with optimization programs and delivering analytics engagements
Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit & the ability to hit the ground running
Strong consultative skills and the ability to challenge status quo and gain adoption - proven ability to influence stakeholders both internal and external
A desire for continued learning in the ever changing world of digital business transformation

Pay Range: $92,000 - $138,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
