Position: Data Analyst
Location: Home based (with monthly travel to Leeds)
As a Data Analyst, you will work across Progeny to enable the business to generate new insights from the data it holds. We are looking for an individual to lead data cleansing and data quality activities, be responsible for achieving quality, accuracy, and consistency across the firm’s databases, and establish processes and tools to enable ongoing efficient maintenance of data.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to address data quality issues, analysing and summarising data in an understandable way to create MI dashboards, allowing easy and concise data access.
To be successful you’ll need to bring…
- Educated to degree level.
- Experience working in research, data analysis or relevant information role.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel and Dynamics.
- Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment techniques
- SQL Database management and querying capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to research and succinctly present information compiled from various sources.
- Be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to ask questions where necessary, solve problems and actively own issues through to the conclusion.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to agreed deadlines.
- Experience in data management within Curo and/or Salesforce
- Experience with PowerBI, Qlik or other business intelligence packages
