About the role
Reporting to Senior Finance Manager, David, you will develop and provide and information service to both internal and external stakeholders. This will mean ensuring the effective collation, recording and monitoring of data quality as well as assisting in the development of management information and reporting systems to support managers in the delivery of operational services.
You will have recent and relevant experience in a similar role, interpreting and analysing data and monitoring the level of data quality. Your excellent computer, analytical and numeric skills are key in this role as well as your ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload.
About You
- A relevant degree or other advanced recognised qualifications.
- Certificate in Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in Access, Excel and SQL Server
- Use of at least two different SQL environments.
- Experience of interpreting & analysing complex data and measuring the level of data quality.
- Knowledge and a strong interest in data quality.
- Expected to have knowledge of NCRS or other high level data systems.
- Experience of working in a data quality environment.
- Able to write SQL queries from scratch.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Ability to manage own workload
- Ability to influence and interact with people at varying levels.
