Customer Services and Order Processing Package:

BT Local Business Liverpool, Chester and North Wales is one of the longest standing BT partners, with almost 20 years’ experience supporting businesses across our region. You will be based in our recently refurbished offices in Burscough (Ormskirk, West Lancashire).
Customer Services and Order Processing:
- Ensuring that orders are raised accurately and in accordance to exact guidelines
- Proactively calling customers to confirm and update with details of their orders.
- Monitoring orders through to install with intervention and action where needed. Keeping comprehensive records.
- Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system.
Customer Services and Order Processing Role Requirements:
GCSE’s in Maths and English
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Organised, with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft
- Self-motivated
Hours and Wage:
37.5 hours a week Mon – Fri 9-5.30
Starting salary for a Customer Services and Order Processing £21,500 plus bonus of £1800 per year
