Job description

PINNACLE VISION UK LTD is looking for a full-time Data Analyst to join our team in Hounslow. The Data Analyst will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. This position will be responsible for managing and supporting the data operations and reporting to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Salesforce)
  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting (i.e., financial statement preparation and forecasting)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands

Data Analyst

Job Type: Full-time, on-site in Hounslow

Reports to: Data Manager

Job Description:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for the company. This position will report to the Data Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Collecting data from various sources including customer provided data, internal data, third party vendors, and industry standard sources.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and issues.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and issues.
  • Developing reports for internal use.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and issues.
  • Creating charts and graphs using Excel.
  • Creating reports using Powerpoint.
  • Creating dashboards using Powerpoint.
  • Assisting with the creation of reports for internal use.
  • Assisting with the creation of dashboards using Powerpoint.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team of 2-3 individuals under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality of work product.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, oral and virtual communication.
