Job description

P.N.DALY Ltd is working with Severn Trent Water on solutions to ensure a sustainable environment for the future. We specialise in Home Water Efficiency Audits. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our team.

Purpose

We provide a FREE Home Water Efficiency survey which includes the installation of water saving devices and leak repairs whilst delivering an outstanding customer service.

Your key responsibility will be to provide performance reports for the contract against client KPI's.

Responsibilities

· Analyse large amounts of performance data daily, to ensure correct coding and statuses are being used and updating master spreadsheet for Field Managers and Senior Managers to use for their weekly and monthly Comms.

· Report findings to Senior Management and the client daily for their weekly reporting.

· Create bespoke reports through BI dashboard.

· Use of SAP system

· Using various Excel spreadsheets to upload the data, ensuring all data has been added correctly for each spreadsheet.

· Producing daily call centre stats so office manager can monitor call centre performance.

· Report findings to Senior Management and the client daily for their weekly Comms.

· Run weekly reports to provide performance to client

· Update and manage the day to day and weekly schedules for Home Water Efficiency Checks across 10 Counties.

· Ensuring an adequate amount of appointment slots are available for customers to choose from.

· Coordinating live update progress on the schedules throughout the day and being reactive to any changes that may occur.

· Attend weekly management meetings.

· Using Temetra/BI dashboard to find Leak Alarm data and then uploading to bespoke system.

· Support and liaise with the Office Manager on a daily and weekly basis.

· Sense check all data/reports

Key capabilities:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the following:

  • An understanding of performance management and how performance indicators can be used within an organisation
  • Exceptional, demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel. Power BI experience preferable.
  • Adaptable to change; able to respond to shifting requirements and priorities.
  • Well organised and structured approach to work with good attention to detail.

Role is based at our PN Daly Office in Lichfield

Immediate start available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
