Job description
Here at Bernard Rogers & Co we are looking for a part time Administrator to join our warm and welcoming team based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Bernard Rogers & Co is a firm of Chartered Accountants founded in 1993. The firm has two offices, one in Stratford-upon-Avon and one in Kenilworth. We pride ourselves on the high levels of customer service we offer our clients.
As an Administrator, you will:
- Log incoming and outgoing client books and records
- Scan and file client documents and correspondence
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Take incoming calls
- Assist with general accounts administration
We are looking for someone to work about 6-8 hours per week, either as a single day or two mornings / afternoons per week.
The starting salary is £10.50-12.00 per hour and the annual holiday entitlement is 27 days plus the 8 bank holidays (pro-rated accordingly).
