Position: Data Analyst (Level 3/4) Apprenticeship Coach Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Act as a mentor and coach to data analyst apprentices at Levels 3 and 4, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Deliver comprehensive coaching sessions remotely, covering fundamental data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, data manipulation, and visualization.
• Assist apprentices in developing their technical and analytical skills through practical exercises, hands-on projects, and tailored feedback.
• Conduct regular progress assessments and reviews to ensure apprentices are meeting their learning objectives and successfully progressing through their apprenticeship program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training materials, resources, and curriculum content, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends in data analysis.
• Stay up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analysis to deliver cutting-edge coaching sessions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience and expertise in data analysis, with a deep understanding of statistical methods, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques.
• Proven track record in coaching or mentoring individuals, preferably within an apprenticeship or training context.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL, with the ability to impart practical knowledge to apprentices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with apprentices and provide guidance and support.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Possession of relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
