Job description
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is a lover of all things wine, beer and spirits, and willing to share their enthusiasm with our customers. With over 100 products available behind the bar, our customers might need some help to find exactly what they're looking for. But don't worry, we'll provide lots of training and tasting sessions to get you up to speed - you just have to be willing to learn. The most important thing is providing a warm, friendly experience that will make our customers want to come back again and again.
Your Roles:
- Welcome and advise our customers, and in doing so create customer loyalty.
- Take bar orders and receive payment, whilst making sure the bar is looking its best.
- Help in the organisation and execution of V and B events.
- Represent V and B through your good humour and professionalism, to ensure people have a great get-together.
