As a Process Data Analyst, you will help your peers do collaborative and diverse projects to continuously drive value throughout MISO and its stakeholders. The Process Analyst will drive continuous improvement through process design and analysis, metrics, and strategic coordination throughout the organization. This role has substantial exposure to every aspect of the business, contributing to the forward strategic framework, and examining the impact of individual and group workflow on the overall strategic progress of MISO. This person will work independently and collaboratively, executing projects related to Process Improvement, KPI and Metrics, Value Stream, Capabilities, and Strategic Priority Objectives across the business, resulting in process efficiencies and maturation while enabling a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric analysis. In one year, our Analyst I/II/Senior Analyst will know they were successful if they...
- Have successfully utilized Process Analytics Framework to strategically identify, execute, and implement individual and collaborative project work
- Establish foundational procedures for data extraction and visualization relevant to KPI’s, Process Data, and other business relevant information
- Are collaborating and reporting out on 2-4 projects at a time while coordinating with MISO leadership on execution.
- Exemplify ability to communicate project results and impact analysis to Senior Executives of MISO
- Established strong relationships with team members and Service Line partners
- Demonstrated MISO core values
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant work experience equivalency
- Experience in Data Analysis, Process Improvement, and/or Energy Industry
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Collaboration skillset
- Demonstrated experience working in the following areas:
- Ability to connect and manipulate data via SQL, python scripting
- Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
- API connections
