Minar Jewellers The Diamond Specialists are a family-owned business; we were established in 1982 and are regarded as one of the finest Asian jewellers within the UK and Europe. We specialise in Diamond Jewellery, Platinum and fine handcrafted Asian Jewellery. We have seen our business grow in the last 5 years and are looking to take on outstanding talent to add to our existing team, with the right candidate there is an opportunity to become a manager.
Recruitment Process
- If your application is selected you will be required to come in for an interview
Duties will include:
- Carrying out and presenting well structured, in-depth market research.
- Supporting the commercial team to establish an optimal mix, reviewing forecasts, identifying strategies for different demand periods, and reviewing pricing strategies.
- Supporting in presenting detailed, yet concise written reports.
- Formatting all deliverables, in both MS Word and Excel, to the highest standard.
- Creating engaging and informative Power Point presentations.
- Assisting in carrying out due diligence work.
- Website Management as per the requirements.
- Database management.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and to develop messaging and target segments, using a CRM effectively.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
About You
- A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
- Excellent organisational skills
- An interest in jewellery, fashion and or photography

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,844.94-£32,000.00 per year
