The ideal candidate will be positive and self-motivated, be able to work very closely with multiple stakeholders and lead by example. You will have good time management and organisation skills teamed with the ability to work within strict deadlines. Strong IT skills are essential with the ability to handle data effectively. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
What you will be doing
- Develop processes and reports so that all regular reporting can be delivered in a standardised and highly automated manner and simply distributed to the relevant stakeholders.
- Develop reporting for areas to ensure that management receive appropriate information on the performance of the area together with meaningful and actionable commentary.
- Analyse trends and propose improvement strategies for consideration by all relevant internal stakeholders. This will include expected improvement metrics and any associated cost consideration.
- The creation of and subsequent productionising of regular reports.
- Identifying datasets derived from the main operational database to be surfaced into a Datawarehouse.
- Demonstrate a strong performance acumen, understanding key operational and financial drivers to performance, including a focus on cost versus revenue return.
- Provide data / analysis to other key stakeholders as required, for example to Operations Directors/Managers and the Heads of Contact Centres.
