Role: Data Modeler- Analytics

Employment Type: Contract
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 (2 days onsite per week, 3 days Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy database models for application development to support business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
• Perform data analysis and data modeling for operational application and analytical databases.
• Be responsible for data classification, naming, design of the database, and the creation of DDL.
• Provide technical consulting for application teams for data naming, classification, design and handling as a part of the first line of defense for data controls in designing systems.
• Suggest and implement improvements in architecture, team processes and functions.
• Meet with client as required to provide delivery expertise and drive results.
• Take accountability to complete work on time and raise blockers and issues to ensure timelines are met.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed with a high satisfaction and build client and Trianz peer relationships to build trust and confidence.
• Based on past and current client execution, work with peers to lead in the development of point of views, new solutions, accelerators that will assist in driving results.
• Using your experience, provide leadership and guidance as needed with building out innovative solutions that will accelerate implementation and time to market for our clients.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in IT, Data Analysis, Data Manipulation, or related
• Hands on experience with Erwin
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Experience with dimensional modeling
• Understanding of data modeling best practices
• Full lifecycle experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies
• Intelligent but practical; you want to get things done and love simplicity.

Required Qualification:

Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Analytics related field.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour
