WHAT TO EXPECT
The role entails maintaining and improving Jaguar Land Rover’s (JLR’s) compliance model to support the rest of the Legislation, Compliance and Strategy (LCS) team in reliably monitoring and reporting Fleet Emissions regulations.
The purpose of the role is to enable Jaguar Land Rover to meet its legal and social environmental responsibilities through accurate modelling and forecasting to support strategic business decisions. The company’s compliance model is held in Anaplan, a cloud-based planning/modelling software using similar formula functions to Excel.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Become an Anaplan Modelling expert, responsible for maintaining the compliance forecasting system to give a reliable output for the business.
- Responsible for writing the equations, modules and processes to create new features to support Compliance Analysts and Management.
- Working with Finance to ensure that compliance liability output is accurate and up-to-date and work on process improvements.
- Working with teams across the Jaguar Land Rover Anaplan network to see where we can utilise and share data to create value for the business.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essential:
- Highly skilled in Excel or similar (Lookups, sumproducts, if statements, pivot tables etc.)
- Methodical & analytical mindset to logically solve complex problems & clearly explain solutions.
- Passion for sustainability and reducing carbon footprint.
Desirable:
- Anaplan experience or advanced coding skills.
- Tableau (or PowerBI etc.) expertise
