Job Description
We are looking for a real Data Geek to join an emerging team of Data experts to focus on the management of master and reference people data.
In this role, you will contribute to a change project in this space (as part of our readiness to implement SAP SuccessFactors). Responsibilities will include triaging queries into the People Data Team and providing exceptional incident and query support for initial inquiries regarding the interim People Data Store. You will also be involved in various aspects of People Data and reporting, including managing data uploads, facilitating org changes and generating reports.
You will also undertake system admin activities to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and own and deliver any small to medium scale changes to system features and functionality. In addition, you will provide support on other technology and analytics projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Crunching data
- Half system admin / Half Data Analyst
- Help with administrating data in the central depository.
- Upload data. Maintain quality. Flow of data into other systems
- System admin – change requests
- Reporting – cleaning data. Reviewing large data sets. Assessing data quality. Bulk uploads. Data Analysis
- Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders around the business in helping to create data driven solutions to business problems
- Identify areas for continuous improvement, and implement improvements as directed.
- Support data migration and integration activities with SAP SuccessFactors
- Participate in other tasks and projects as required
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of Data manipulation and analysis – using Excel and other solutions.
- Experience and knowledge of database principles and coding (e.g., SQL)
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (specifically the Employee Central module) in a systems administrator/analyst role is desired
- Experience collecting, cleansing/transforming, and loading data into an HRIS
- Experience and knowledge of core HR/P&C processes and HR/P&C Transformation Programmes. Ideally within a large, complex, matrix organisation
- Experience and knowledge of ETL processes and BI solutions such as Tableau
- Great communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Team player, self-starter with the ability to explain technical instructions to non-technical members of the team
