We are looking for a mid-level analyst for an exciting, business-critical role with scope to develop valuable knowldge and technical skills. Working predominantly with the Finance and Operations teams, you’ll be responsible for the gathering and analysis of information extracted from multiple sources, using a variety of analytical skills to provide detailed insights into our business performance and the development and health of our asset portfolio.
The Data Analyst position requires a person who has expertise in data analysis and a proven track record of employing statistical tools and models to solve business problems. We're looking for a Data Analyst who can help develop management information, business insights and assist in improving core processes to increase data quality.
Responsibilities include:
· Preparation, analysis and production of monthly reports
· Development of analytical models and dashboards to support performance analysis and strategic decision-making
· The querying and manipulation of data reports, using your strong SQL skills
· Regular data validation and data cleansing to ensure accuracy of invoicing
· Development, management and maintenance of the company’s data warehouse
· Supporting others by providing guidance and coaching to colleagues
Experience you’ll need to apply:
· A graduate with 1 to 3 years’ experience working in a Data Insight/Analyst role
· Advanced-level Excel
· SQL server developer (ideally with Azure), with experience in SSIS & Python
· Experience with PowerBI
· Confidence in presenting results to senior stakeholders
· High degree of quality, accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent team, communication and interpersonal skills
· Ideally have a BSc degree in a STEM subject or similar
