Your role
Working as part of the Commercial Finance team to provide quality financial information for senior management within agreed timescales and legal requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Weekly reporting of new business Starts, monthly calculations of sales commissions. Designing and implementing approved commission schemes to reflect the company’s sales aspirations.
- Provide accurate, timely financial information to internal customers within prescribed deadlines.
- Manage own data entry and report production, including analyses and variances, to anticipate and meet the needs of the business.
- Ensure that month end accounting, including statistics, variance analysis, revenue and reporting is accurate and timely and that internal customers needs are properly identified and met.
- Pro-actively identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
- Contribute to service delivery levels and team working by providing guidance to others and informing the decision making processes wherever possible.
- Data maintenance and ad-hoc reporting linked to sales
