CHALLENGES TO BE MET

· Responsible for designing and carrying out analysis in service of projects undertaken by Knowledge First Financial

· Data extraction, aggregation, and processing of results for consumption by stakeholders

· Use your analysis to help drive business decisions around product design, channel development and organizational strategy

· Other duties to support the data & analytics at Knowledge First as required

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Ideally 3 - 5 years’ experience in data-focused roles

· Experience using a variety of data analytics tools including: Excel. PowerBI, RStudio

· Experience designing and writing SQL queries

· Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

· BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

· Nice to have

· Automation experience using programming languages including: Python, R, C/C++, C#, Java

· Experience with statistical modeling and advanced data analysis

· Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities

· Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance

· Confident communicator adept at facilitation

· Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes

· Someone who listens to diverse perspectives with an empathetic attitude.

Work Model

We have adopted a hybrid model, leveraging the best of remote and in-person work. This work model however can differ depending on roles and leaders.
