Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Work closely with management to execute analytical initiatives. Solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Create reports and dashboards to closely monitor performance metrics and provide insights. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Management, Mathematics, or related field and 48 months of experience in Data Scientist or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Management, Mathematics, or related field and 24 months of experience in Data Scientist or related occupation.
Position required skills: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Bachelor’s degree, OR Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Master’s degree: performing applied statistical analysis utilizing Python, SQL, and Excel; analyzing impact of acquisition marketing and credit strategies on the company's P&L; building dashboards to monitor acquisition and performance metrics leveraging Tableau; and working on Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, or Modeling/Data Science.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program.
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,584.00 to $140,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
