About the role
To provide specific data and administrative functions for the Primary sector of the Trust under the direction or instruction of the Trust Data Manager
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Who we are looking for
Essential criteria:
- Proven experience in the administration of information and communicating with academy staff, parents, carers, pupils and external examination boards on examination issues
- Establish and maintain effective and constructive relationships across the Primary academies with Principals, staff members, pupils, parents and carers, communicating with them as appropriate to share information, and inform them of academy data collection through daily contacts and written communications
- Proven experience in an Academy based role with excellent communication skills at a range of levels. Competent and able to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and follow multi-step instructions
- Proven experience in maintaining accurate records and the safe storage of confidential information
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
