Data Analyst

PIAM Data Analyst
• As part of a new Process Integration and Management (PIAM) team, you will work on and supply data analysis (asset, pro-active insights, and problem) in a customer's eco-system.
- You will primarily provide asset and pro-active problem management; however, you will also help to support change, problem and major incident management processes with your wider team and share stand-by duties on a rota system.
- This is a hybrid working arrangement, between our customer site in Derby and home. It is part of our secure service and requires UK Government SC Clearance.
- This is a senior roe where the successful candidate will be required and trusted to work pro-actively and manage their own time. Coaching and training will be provided from the existing team, leadership and supporting SME’s where required.
Main responsibility and requirements:
• Proactive problem and asset insights by analysing and monitoring data and trends
- Probe and find underlying causes of issues before suggesting solutions
- Responsible for accuracy of data within the CMDB and data repositories
- Maintain Cis to the required level of detail using discovery sources and other external input
- Attend and run ITIL meetings (Problem, Change, Asset)
- Take part in a stand-by rota for on-call duties for major incidents (governance and coordination of, with the eco-system suppliers)
The ideal candidate will have:
• UK government SC Clearance
- Locality to Derby, England
- Related experience:
- knowledge of data analysis within an IT environment
- understanding of Asset & Configuration processes
- Understanding of pro-active problem management (Data insights)
- Ability to build and support good relationships on all levels with the customer, eco-system, and stakeholders
