- Own the product performance data: Develop a deep understanding of how our customer base utilizes our existing services and provide insights to identify future enhancements for our product line ups.
- Develop and maintain data modeling to understand the combination of: Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Product and Voice of the Operations as it pertains to our product mix.
- Develop meaningful insights from various data sets and communicate those insights with recommendations to Senior Leadership
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and concern/challenges with our product mix through the entire customer life cycle.
- Provide analytical support to the product verticals for new product introduction and continuous improvement projects.streams
- Studies data for inconsistencies or potential errors and collaborates in resolutions
- Collaborate with Network Operations Technology and Delivery, Finance & Business Performance, Digital Channels and Marketing to share insights, drive improvements and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with our Base Management teams to understand and quantify Product impacts to churn and customer satisfaction.
- Creates hypotheses to situations posed by senior leadership, and performs analysis to support them. Presents findings for review
- Perform required analysis to come to meaningful answers to posed inquiries, and direct business decisions
- Manages operational data stores, and ingest from various sources
- Maintain performance metrics, definitions, and relations
- Participate as a member of project teams, contribute to the development of the project plan.
- Ensure that project success metrics are established.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in combination of analytics, and data science
- Minimum 2 years working in a cloud environment, preferably GCP
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Language (preferably BigQuery and Microsoft SQL Server)
- Minimum 2 years in product performance analytics
- 2+ years experience in a related industry with the majority in a large tele/cable communications company an asset.
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
- Experience with cloud fundamentals
- Proficiency with BI tools (eg. Tableau, DataStudio, or Looker)
- Must be detail oriented with demonstrated analytical, trending, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to recognize and identify data inconsistencies
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Bilingualism English/French is an asset.
- Ability to recommend decisions based on evidence, and support recommendations to senior leadership
- Works independently with minimal oversight and technical support from manager
- Self motivated with the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving problems independently while still recognizing the impact of change on others in terms of “change control” processes.
- Monitors own work for quality.
- Winning customer service attitude and quality consciousness.
- Deep and broad understanding of Broadband, Cable, Telecom or Internet industries and technologies required
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and change to new methods of working as systems evolve
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management an asset
