Are you a CRM Analytics Manager? Do you have 5+ years’ experience in customer relationship management? Do you enjoy working within an analytical role? If you’ve answered yes, then you could be the right person to join the Data & Analytics team in either our Kings Hill, London or Worthing office!

As our new CRM Analytics Manager you will support the Measurement & Reporting Analytics Senior Manager in the utilisation of data to understand the stock position of the Cabot inventory and report on the effectiveness of the customer journey. You will support the delivery of projects and liaise with other areas of the business to ensure the efficient implementation of company and team initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilising the Reporting infrastructure to deliver timely and effective reporting solution that aids the delivery of Insight analytics to the business.
  • Measure & reporting of the customer strategies throughout the entire lifecycle creating champion challenger reporting on our customer segments.
  • Provides management visibility into data-driven insights that inform the business’s strategic direction and KPI’s.
  • Deliver ad hoc and regular analyses to the business with data, interpretation, and recommendations.
  • Help build and lead a team of Analysts.

Things we need from you:

  • Highly numerate and detail oriented, preferably with a degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics science subjects, economics, or engineering
  • Collaborative and consultative - able to work with others to develop cross-business solutions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience in an industry that deals with high volumes of data.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and development, advanced project management skills, and policy development
  • Good understanding and technical knowledge
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail with a curiosity about how analytical outcomes are founded and a skepticism about whether the data and techniques are providing an optimal outcome and reflect the latest knowledge and capabilities of the business.
  • Able to lead a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Experience using the following would be beneficial:

  • Python
  • SQL
