Data Analyst
Salford Quays, Manchester - hybrid working
Permanent, full-time hours 37.5 per week
£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + fantastic benefits

Role Overview
- To produce and circulate management information on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to assist managers in raising the capability of their teams.
- Identify any errors to data production and provide appropriate feedback to relevant stakeholders and their managers.
- Deliver changes to service, process organisation, and other aspects as needed.
- Control the relevant knowledge of our core systems and understanding their data flows, capabilities, characteristics, potential and limitations.
- Gathering, analysing, and managing business requirements and translating them into functional deliverables.
- A data analyst role concentrating on lead generation into the bookings team through data analysis and bespoke invite processes.
What you’ll do:
- To produce and circulate management information on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to assist managers in raising the capability of their teams across site.
- To understand and analyse customer demand data produced and provide recommendations.
- Identify any errors to data production and provide appropriate feedback to relevant managers
- To highlight areas of opportunity within the sales business and implement processes to further drive leads into the booking teams.
What you’ll bring:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience of data analysis, data cleaning, or data manipulation
- Strong administration with an analytical mindset
- Natural problem solver, good attention to detail, someone who enjoys working with data
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work cross functionally and build rapport with stakeholders
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from colleagues and stakeholders
