Permanent, full-time hours 37.5 per week

£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + fantastic benefits

Role Overview

• To produce and circulate management information on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to assist managers in raising the capability of their teams.
• Identify any errors to data production and provide appropriate feedback to relevant stakeholders and their managers.
• Deliver changes to service, process organisation, and other aspects as needed.
• Control the relevant knowledge of our core systems and understanding their data flows, capabilities, characteristics, potential and limitations.
• Gathering, analysing, and managing business requirements and translating them into functional deliverables.
• A data analyst role concentrating on lead generation into the bookings team through data analysis and bespoke invite processes.

What you’ll do:

• To produce and circulate management information on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to assist managers in raising the capability of their teams across site.
• To understand and analyse customer demand data produced and provide recommendations.
• Identify any errors to data production and provide appropriate feedback to relevant managers
• To highlight areas of opportunity within the sales business and implement processes to further drive leads into the booking teams.

What you’ll bring:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience of data analysis, data cleaning, or data manipulation
• Strong administration with an analytical mindset
• Natural problem solver, good attention to detail, someone who enjoys working with data
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work cross functionally and build rapport with stakeholders
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from colleagues and stakeholders
