The Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to work closely with teams across the business, in particular our Marketing and Territory Management departments.
You will develop and maintain data driven solutions to business challenges, producing monthly exports for marketing campaigns & determining the frequency, regularity, and location of our clinics in the UK/Ireland through the application of data and geospatial tools. You will also support other areas of the business with analytics and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce print-ready data exports for customer retention marketing campaigns that drive appointment bookings in the catchment areas
- Work alongside other members of the team to provide analysis and insights to other functions and departments across the business as required – including building/maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Management of geospatial data using ArcGIS software to define territory / catchment categorisations and refine on a data driven basis.
- Maintain the postcode to territory/catchment file to ensure all postcodes are correctly allocated for marketing, corporate and territory management purposes.
- Manipulate and link various datasets.
- Management and maintenance of relevant Python code bases and models.
- Analyse response data to provide insights on catchment and clinic performance and make recommendations for optimisation.
- Map additional datasets to ArcGIS for business analysis purposes or general data enhancements.
- Work with the Event Coordinators, Contact Centre and Corporate Team to rectify data quality or address location issues.
- Work with the Developers to help improve data integration, correct data quality errors and suggest overall business process improvement.
- Troubleshoot and document data challenges.
Your Background
- 3+ years’ experience in an analytics role (or exceptional qualifications if no professional experience) with a good understanding of SQL and strong analytical skills
- Experience using Power BI
- Experience using ArcGIS
- Experience using Python
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of data analysis methods with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Great attention to detail, combined with ability to understand the bigger picture to spot commercial opportunities.
- Able to understand and present data to different stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to effectively articulate data quality challenges, opportunities, and their potential impacts
