My client based on the outskirts of Bracknell are looking to recruit a Junior Data Analyst / Sales Administrator to join their small, friendly team.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is aspiring to be a Data Analyst, maybe you are a graduate or looking for your 2nd job or you can also be looking for an Internship..

The Main tasks of the Data Analyst are:

• Management of the POS spreadsheet working with the 3rd party POS provider and ensuring agreed data is sent on time from 40+ distributors.
• Upkeep of the POS dashboard including regular reports showing the data in different ways – by distributor, by customer, by product, by product segment, by industry etc.
• Management of the price tool and subsequent generation of price list by region.
• Owner of the special price log – working with key contributors and management to show opportunity data alongside CRM.
• Principal analyst and ‘sales’ programmer for ther CRM tool integrating leads from 3rd party software and changing the sales face of the tool as required for accurate forecasting of the opportunity pipeline.
• Own the methodology for generation of new customers and opportunity creation in CRM.
• Ability to access information in SAP via reports and queries to provide business information, e.g. COGS, stock availability, product information, etc.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience with the sales functions of SAP, or similar ERP system
• Expert with MS Excel and/or other spreadsheet tools
• Working knowledge of databases and business intelligence software (i.e. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven data analytical skill set (likely A level/BSc in Maths or Computing)
• Some customer service experience preferable

The Salary is around £20-25,000
