(ADI), Wilmington, MA, is looking for a new college graduate to support our growing community team as a Data Analyst. The Analog Devices community team is committed to delivering an engaging online community to our customers. The successful candidate will derive actionable insights from community data to further enhance the customer experience and grow the community.
The Data Analyst will report to the Community Associate and be responsible for collecting, analyzing and disseminating ADI community data.
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
Support initiatives for data integrity
Track member growth, engagement, and rate of return
Analyze and report on traffic patterns and page flows
Maintain and enhance member segmentation reporting
Collaborate with the content manager regarding active content reports and provide insights to facilitate new content creation
Create tracking codes to trace click through rates and identify customer touch points
Monitor forum response times
Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis
Create best-practice reports based on data mining and analysis
Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
Create presentations, dashboards, and reports based on findings from multiple systems
Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
Train end-users on new reports and dashboards
Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of data analytics software such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Click Sense, Power BI or ThoughtSpot
Solid understanding of databases such as SQL
Knowledge of REST API end points
Quantitative skills and an understanding of analytics in support of projects and daily activities
Strong communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with accuracy
Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports and presentations.
Highly organized, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams in different countries
Education and Experience:
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
