Data Analyst – Inside IR35
Contract Term: 6 Months (Extension likely)

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Andover office)

As a Data Analyst your main responsibilities would be to:
· Provide proactive expertise on corrective actions on personal data and information that does not meet Army current or future proposed business and policy requirements.
· Maintain and develop knowledge of business requirements and irregularity progress, setting and adjusting priorities.
· Build confidence in the content and scope of the data repository thereby providing high-quality demand analytical service.
· The identification of target areas, to identify potential new data quality irregularities.
· Build strong customer relationships, as this is key to meeting data and analytical expectations.
· Build knowledge of data structures, how data it is captured, maintained, and corrected will assist with customers interactions.
· Communication with team and all relevant stakeholders.
· Being a Data Champion, building sound customers relationships, providing expertise to support corrective processes.
· Understanding published business process guides and data processing activities resulting in data corrective actions, meeting both the business and policy requirements.
· Ensure timely data collection, correction, and accuracy.
· This position allows significant amounts of ‘home based’ working and has flexibility over when hours are worked.
· The team ensures an inclusive and an integrated working environment, being actively aware of civil and military mix, gender equality, disability, and mental health issues, actively addressing the cause and effect of inappropriate behaviours and any bias.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
· Hold an active SC Clearance.
· Power BI experience.
· Building and maintaining SQL correction dashboards.
· Write SQL commands.
· Extensive Data Analytics experience.
· Strong communications skills - ability to speak with technical and non-technical audiences.
· Ability to exploit any repository of data models, data dictionaries and data entry procedures to support irregularity management and demand functions.
· Experience tracking targeted data irregularities to resolution.
