Role Requirement of Data Analyst:
- Monitoring growth
- Collating data and preparing reports
- Using data to predict trends
- Helping establish inefficiencies in routing
- Assisting routing passengers
- Finding new ways to manage workflow
- Working closely with the Director
Ideal Candidate:
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A good understanding of Power BI
- Excel Knowledge, understanding of excel formulas and Boolean logic and collating accurate data and generating reports to present at the management meetings
- SQL (Structured Query Language) understanding desirable
- To organise data in a logistical manner
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Be Confident and Assertive and be able to take instruction and lead a team forward
- Great attention to detail with an analytical approach
- Knowledge of data analysis tools, data modelling and data enrichment techniques
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
The Company:
24x7 Ltd is a rapidly growing family run business, who have been providing Home to School Transport across the UK for children with Special Educational Needs and vulnerable adults since 2001. The company is responsible for the home to school transport of over 6000 passengers daily all with varying needs, The Essex operation alone is responsible for over 3000 of these passengers.
