Data Admin Support
* Role Purpose
* Provide assistance with tasks such as; Job Set Up, Quality Reassurance Management, Billing and Accounts Payable.
* Identify and query data discrepancies and trends in a clear, coherent, and timely manner using excel or available data management tools in CBRE.
* Possess an intermediate understanding of MS Excel, being familiar with common excel formulas and data presentation.
* Act as a champion and trial and provide detailed feedback on data management software using artificial intelligence.
* Manage day to day inputting of job management data or electronic uploads to relevant software.
* Willingness to upskill and master new software as CBRE’s data management processes evolve.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Peoplesoft software preferable.
* Working closely with fee earning group to calculate, record and reconcile fees in systems.
* Carry out large property portfolio conflict checks and store evidence using CBRE’s proprietary systems.
* Regularly update and maintain core data sets across all relevant business applications.
* Cleanse and organise historic data where required.
* Create and maintain portfolio and asset data in systems.
* Acting as system owner and managing all data inputs for particular client portfolios.
* Troubleshoot any issues around data integrity and governance.
* Liaising with surveyors and other departments to complete data inputting tasks in a timely manner.
Person Specification/Requirements
* Strong Office 365 and MS tools - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams (essential)
* Previous experience using Salesforce or any other CRM system (desirable)
* Previous experience using Peoplesoft or any other Account Payable systems (desirable)
* 3-5 years’ experience in data administration (essential)
* Demonstrated ability in providing solutions and working with stakeholders through the full administrative life cycle.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Detailed oriented and strong documentation skills (essential).
* Ability to work and manage multiple priorities.
* Self-motivated individual who works well remotely and independently.
* Excellent organisational and data management skills.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (essential).
