Job description
We are a rapidly expanding global consultancy company in the healthcare industry, and we are excited to have an opportunity for a Data Administrator in our marketing team. You would be working in a busy, vibrant office in Belfast city centre, surrounded by consultants who work with our pharma clients.
G&L Healthcare Advisors offers high-end, tailored solutions to our clients; our image and online presence is extremely important for the brand awareness of our company.
We have recently undergone a rebrand, and there is a huge amount of internal and external marketing activities ongoing.
We have harnessed cutting-edge systems to ensure that our presence in the industry is ahead of the competition.
The marketing software we have selected ensures that our prospective and existing clients hear all our updates, and G&L is at the forefront of their minds when selecting a supplier.
We now need someone to join the team to be responsible for the health of our company’s data. Our data’s health is crucial to the success of our marketing campaigns – you get out what you put in!
The work our marketing team does is constantly evolving in response to trends and new technology, so you would also be helping to maintain and develop data processes to stay ahead of the curve.
The Role
- Using technology to mine for fresh industry data.
- Running searches on G&L’s systems, exporting/formatting/editing data for projects.
- Routinely cleansing G&L’s data, identifying errors or discrepancies.
- Supporting the health of our data – actioning information from marketing campaigns (e.g. hard bounces, soft bounces, unsubscribes).
- Working on HubSpot, to review and monitor the accuracy of our information versus our sales system (Salesforce).
- Gathering and confirming search criteria for campaigns.
- Creating relevant company watchlists and forwarding news alerts to relevant people.
- Reviewing and monitoring processes.
- Putting forward new ideas to amend or streamline current processes.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar or related role.
- Excellent IT skills (various Microsoft packages), ideally experience working with marketing software packages.
- Previous experience in a data administrator role.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our other site in the UK.
- Our employees are encouraged to bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the table – so you should have an open mind and be excited to take our company to the next level in respect of infrastructure and technology.
- You should enjoy juggling multiple projects without losing focus.
- You should be a positive, solutions-orientated person who has a keen eye for detail and a keener eye for customer service.
This role would suit someone who loves being involved and is excited by the next big project; our business evolves each year, and our best colleagues embrace the rapid changes of direction and fast pace – no month is the same, and we are known for being agile and dynamic.
