Location: Initially in Lingfield, Surrey for training and then flexible – primarily home working
Position: Contract for Services – minimum 15 hours per week
Remuneration: £10.50 per hour
Main Purpose:
To provide data entry administrative support for RS Risk Solutions Insurance Brokers depending upon the priorities of the business at any one time.
Job description:
As a committed “people company” an opportunity has arisen for a Data Entry Administrator to join our rapidly expanding group of companies to assist with the processing of data into a broking system called Acturis. No experience with Acturis is necessary as full training will be given on site at the start of the contract. A good working knowledge of ICT such as Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
Objectives of the role:
§ To input data onto Acturis in relation to the clients and to support the successful onboarding of new and existing business.
§ To manage key tasks to the specified quality and within the required timescales.
§ To adhere to the requirements of GDPR and treat customer data with the utmost confidentiality.
§ To complete the relevant training as outlined in your personal development plan in line with RS Risk Solutions’ Training and Development Policy.
The successful candidate will:
§ Be highly organised with excellent and consistent attention to detail.
§ Have a working knowledge of word processing and data input - essential.
§ Be an experienced and confident user of IT including Microsoft Office 365.
§ Be a competent user of Acturis or similar customer management system - an advantage.
§ Have a good standard of general education.
§ Have a current driving licence - essential for induction training at the Lingfield office.
