Overview
Data Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the EPoS team in Wolverhampton. As part of this team you will be helping to support both pubs and head office services in a multitude of ways.
Key Attributes & Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the EPOS Database including menus, promotions, pricing and site setup
- Liaise via the phone, e-mail or at meetings with internal colleagues to discuss operational changes affecting EPoS and agree requirements
- Ensure tills are configured for optimum ease of use and speed of service
- Help to support new projects, system developments and various activities across the EPOS team and wider business
- Visit sites to gain user feedback
- Someone with general experience using computers but more specifically Microsoft Excel, and with experience of using EPoS / Retail Systems
- A confident and clear communicator, both verbally and in written form
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Someone with a minimum of 12 months experience working in the hospitality or retail sector, in either a front of house/back of house role or support role
- Able to prioritise tasks and to process a number of queries simultaneously in a busy environment
- Someone who holds a full UK driving license
