Fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established Insurance Broker located in Bolton. Due to an increased workload, we now have a requirement for a Data Administrator.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9:30-4:00 (flexibility can be discussed)
Main Duties:
- Assist the administration team to liaise with clients and help with queries.
- Input customer information onto our bespoke portal system.
- Working on and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Checking data accuracy including figures and client information.
- Uploading large sets of data onto internet-based software.
- Assisting the finance manager when needed with banking and payments received.
Person specification:
- Experience in a similar data input role
- Accurate data inputting skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Computer literate and very confident using Excel/ Outlook and other Microsoft packages such as OneDrive and Teams.
- Experience within an Insurance or Brokerage environment (not essential)
- Business Administration / Accounting Qualifications (not essential)
