Fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established Insurance Broker located in Bolton. Due to an increased workload, we now have a requirement for a Data Administrator.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9:30-4:00 (flexibility can be discussed)

Main Duties:

• Assist the administration team to liaise with clients and help with queries.
• Input customer information onto our bespoke portal system.
• Working on and updating Excel spreadsheets
• Checking data accuracy including figures and client information.
• Uploading large sets of data onto internet-based software.
• Assisting the finance manager when needed with banking and payments received.

Person specification:

• Experience in a similar data input role
• Accurate data inputting skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Computer literate and very confident using Excel/ Outlook and other Microsoft packages such as OneDrive and Teams.
• Experience within an Insurance or Brokerage environment (not essential)
• Business Administration / Accounting Qualifications (not essential)
