About the role
We are currently looking for energetic and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our Redchurch Café team as Café all-rounders.

When you work with us as a Café All-rounder, you’re not just selling and preparing great coffee in our café, you are a brand ambassador for our wholesale business that stretches across London, Europe and the Middle East.
As a Café All-rounder your priority will be exceptional customer service, great coffee and an overall fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of outstanding coffee
Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
Advising on and selling retail coffee & accessories
Running food & drinks
Operating efficient table maintenance and service to dine in customers
Opening and closing the café
Details:
Hours: Part-time (20-24 hours per week over 3 shifts, full weekends plus one weekday)
Days: Weekends are essential and one weekday.
Times: The cafe is open between 8-4 Mon-Fri and 9-4 on Saturdays and Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months
Reporting to: Dalston cafe manager
Experience: None required! Just a love for hospitality. Full training on coffee and operational tasks is provided.
