The Dalata Hotel Group Graduate Management Programme is a high profile fast-track 18 month training programme offering graduates tailored professional development with Ireland’s largest hotel group. We have over 5,000 employees and we are on a very exciting journey in our expansion plan, which makes Dalata the ideal place to complete a graduate programme.

This well-structured programme will offer the successful graduates an opportunity to build on their recent qualifications and gain excellent, relevant on the job experience to assist their career progression.

This programme is in line with the company’s strategy of developing the talent within the organisation and growing our future leaders from strategic succession planning.



What we offer:
When commencing the programme all graduates will complete a Company two-day induction where they will meet the Executive team, learn about the company while having the opportunity to network with the other graduates.
We support the structured on the job training plan with numerous off site group development days. The topics covered here would include Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Performance Management, Finance in Hotels, Health & Safety as well as many personal development courses. To validate your learning we also assign structured project work that will allow you to investigate a business case and much, much more…….

At the end of the programme, we expect the graduates to be ready for a management position in one of our hotels.

What we expect from you:
The ideal candidate will have successfully completed a third level degree (preferably in Hospitality Management or Tourism) but will also be a highly energetic and motivated person who is looking to join a very exciting hotel group.
