Hours : 8am – 6pm
Location: Summertown Oxford, OX2
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per year based on qualification skills & experience

On behalf of a lovely, busy and friendly family based in the Heart of Oxford, we are looking for a developmentally focused, fun and flexible nanny to help care for a younger child at home and two who are at school during the day. Caring for a girl 20 months and boys 4 & 6 years.
Ideal for this position is being a fun, engaging , proactive, creative nanny who is happy to help support a busy family alongside a full time housekeeper. Working in partnership with the mum this is a mix of Sole and Shared charge caring for the children as the mother is very busy working on projects. They nanny a nanny who will be fully responsible for engaging the children’s interests, planning and arranging activities, playdates, liaising with school/ nursery and supporting the older child with homework and anything else related to the children such as nursery duties, cooking for them and packing for travel.
The family loves to travel and needs a nanny who is happy to travel with them during the holidays to worldwide destinations. Excellent communication skills are essential along with a genuine interest in developing a strong rapport with children. Important for this lovely opportunity is previous experience working for a family in their home as a nanny or nanny / housekeeper with lovely references. Possible live in accommodation available if required.

To be considered for this role you must:
Have 4+ years’ professional experience with children
Be highly educated and preferably degree qualified
Have excellent contactable references
Be fluent in English language and literacy
A driver is an advantage but now essential.
Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check
