RJS Recruitment are representing a leading company that specialise in providing international freight software solutions. The client provides their customers with products to streamline the supply chain and offer on-site software for the industry. Our client is seeking an experienced Customs IT Software Administrator.
Due to growth, our client is expanding and require an enthusiastic, driven individual to join their busy Software Support Team.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in one or more of the following; Freight Industry, Customs Clearance, IT Support, or Customer Services / Support.
You will need great troubleshooting skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and understand urgencies, with the ability to work on your own and part of a team.

Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in one or more of the following;
- Freight Industry
- Customs Clearance
- IT Helpdesk / IT Support / 1st or 2nd Line Support
- Customer Services / Customer Support
Job Specifics
- Provide software support to our customers via, email, telephone, Microsoft Teams and tools such as TeamViewer.
- Help customers by resolving their queries via our support desk system.
- Becoming proficient in our software solutions to provide suitable support to our customers.
- Providing excellent customer service, by managing client expectations and ensuring issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
Candidate Skills:
- Be highly computer literate and comfortable with using and learning new software applications.
- Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
